Since then, I have noticed things run a bit better. I have 8gb usuable ram, but I upgraded it to use 40000000. Go to Memory Usage limit and change it to your liking. Go to a different location, such as desktop, and go to edit it. Go to your local disk, program files, electronics parts, sims 3 folder, game, bin, and look for the Sims3 file. I once saw that if you can change your memory usage for sims.
